Isle of Wight GBP900 Million Highways PFI Project
Appointed to support 25 year, £900 million Isle of Wight highways replacement.
Epiphany Professional Services have been appointed to support the 25 year, £900 Million, Highways PFI Project on the Isle of Wight.
The project is being led by Project Director, Jay Jaysundara (former advisor to Tony Blair at Number 10 Downing Street), with support from the Department for Transport, and is expected to deliver a comprehensive overhaul and replacement of the islands existing roadways.
Along with the support of Epiphany's consultancy services, Epiphany's specialist stakeholder management software, SMT, will be be implemented and used to manage the communication and engagement with the projects stakeholders. Jay Jaysundara commented, "This is an essential project for the Isle of Wight, to repair or replace a worn road infrastructure. It will underpin the viablity of the islands economy and support tourism. Because this project is critical to the future economic development of the island, we're ensuing we have in place the best resources available to ensure we can deliver effectively and within our agreed resouce constraints."
