Epiphany Organisational Resilience does not object to your making referential use of our product names (but not logos), provided the use is not misleading as to Epiphany Organisational Resilience sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement of your company, or your products or services.

Epiphany Organisational Resilience requests that you use our trademarks and registered trademarks correctly and refer to them properly.

Proper reference includes marking them with the appropriate trademark symbol (® or ™) and using the correct product descriptor.
The first and most prominent reference should contain the full product name and proper trademark symbol.

In addition, Epiphany Organisational Resilience requires that you provide the following notice within your product and/or product documentation which attributes ownership of the mark(s) to Epiphany Organisational Resilience:

______________________ and ___________________ are [either] registered trademarks [or] trademarks of Epiphany Organisational Resilience in the United Kingdom and other countries.

Other Use

The former Head of Counter Terrorism for the City of London, and the initial Commander during the onset of the July 7th terrorist attacks, Brett Lovegrove, has been appointed to the post of Director within Epiphany’s Organisational Resilience division.
